To become an approved carrier for United Vision Logistics please first register with RMIS at www.uvlogisticscarriers.com.

Provide your MC/MX# or DOT# to begin registration. Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number to begin registration.

1. Make sure to provide a valid McLeod Payee ID.

2. If you don't know your McLeod Payee ID, then enter a zero in the Payee ID box and the name as it appears on the most recent check you received from United Vision Logistics in the Registration Comments box.
